Review guidelines
Tips on writing a good product review:
- If you can provide pictures of you using the product or detailed pictures of parts that you like or dis-like on the product this would be helpful.
- Describe the product in detail. Even though the manufacturer’s specifications are included at the top of the review you should provide a description as you see it. Tell others what you like or dis-like about the features. What part of the product influenced your decision to buy it. Tell about your personal experience when using the product.
- Tell others who this product is for. Will the product be useful for everyone? Can the product be used by anyone? Who can use the product. After buying it, was it the right product for you? If there is a similar product that might be useful for others you may want to mention that.
- Prove to others that you have actually used the product and are giving an unbiased review. Pictures of you using the product are a great way for you to do this.
- Point out the negatives as well as the positives. Your review will be more believable and useful if you actually point out negative points to a product. If you do point out a negative then tell others why the negative didn’t deter you from making the purchase. For example a good price may be the reason you purchased a product.
