Outdoorsman Review:

The Diamond Razor Edge bow is by far the best beginner, youth or lighter weight draw bow I have ever worked with. First of all the adjust-ability goes from 19″ to 29″ and it has two limb options 19-29lbs or 30-60lbs. The rotary mods on the dual cams make adjusting draw length a simple task that requires no bow press. As long as the preset draw lengths are set the same there is no timing issues. This bow comes in a package deal with a Hostage rest, Tru-Glo 3 pin sight, peep site, two piece quiver, and a wrist strap ready to shoot. Just add arrows.

The smooth draw, 80% let off, lightweight, Invelvet coating makes this an appealing bow. This bow is perfect for youth, beginners, women, or someone who need a lower draw weight bow that isn’t aggressive on the draw. If you get a chance pick one of these bows up just to have around if someone is at your house and wants to shoot a bow.

Manufacturer’s Specs for the Razor’s Edge:

The Razor Edge is the most adjustable bow available for younger archers. It uses a dual cam, rotating mod system for a maximized draw length range of a full ten inches. Two available peak draw weight versions and the ability to back down 50% allow you to adjust the Razor Edge over a range from 15 to 60 pounds. Additionally, the optimally designed ergo grip fits a broader range of hand sizes comfortably and the riser reflects the serious hunting bow it is. Such flexibility makes the Razor Edge the only bow that can accommodate an archer from first-time shooter to successful big game hunter. The Razor Edge is a great youth bow.

  • Brace height: 7 inches
  • Axle to Axle: 31 inches
  • Draw length: 19 to 29 inches
  • Draw weights: 29 or 60 pounds
  • IBO speed: 308 fps at 29 inches
  • Kinetic energy: 63.2 foot-pounds
  • Effective let-off: 75%

Rotating Module

Diamond bows do not require a new cam or module to set your draw length. Simply remove the mod screws, rotate the module, and re-tighten. At least six inches of draw length adjustment is available on most models, allowing for custom draw length tuning for yourself or others.

InVelvet™ Technology

You must feel the difference to believe it. The bow is actually soft to the touch, insulates hands from cold winter weather, dampens noise and protects from dings and scratches. Unaffected by common chemicals such as insect repellents or scent sprays, it is the most durable over-coating on the market.
